You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Google Sign-In is optional. If you use it, your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy policy.

InvestForDecades and its original software, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestForDecades will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or investment-related losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
