Privacy Policy

When you create an account with email, we collect your email address, name, encrypted password credentials, and account-verification information. When you use Google Sign-In, Google provides your unique Google account identifier, verified email address, and profile name. We request only the openid, profile, and email permissions.

We also process authentication records, session information, IP address, basic request and security logs, saved watchlists, and preferences needed to operate, secure, and personalize the service.

We use account information to create and authenticate your account, maintain your session, provide requested features, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Google user data is used only to authenticate you and associate your Google identity with your InvestForDecades account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

We use an HTTP-only authentication cookie to keep you signed in. The browser may also store non-credential interface preferences, a session-presence flag, cached account display information, and watchlist preferences. You can remove browser-stored data through your browser settings.

Account and service data is stored using service providers that host our application, database, and transactional email infrastructure. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We disclose information only to service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to host, secure, maintain, or communicate about the service; when required by law; or to protect users, the public, or our rights. We do not sell personal information.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, fraud-prevention, backup, and operational purposes. Retention periods may vary by record type.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing support@investfordecades.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You can also revoke InvestForDecades access from your Google Account permissions page.

InvestForDecades is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can remove it.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above.
